You work directly with the founders and our first customers. Where there is no process or team yet, you turn an open question into the next good step – and make sure it actually happens.
What you will work on
- Speak with customers, recognise patterns and turn them into small, clear tests.
- Work wherever the largest leverage is: product, sales, operations or communication.
- Make recurring work repeatable, so a one-off case becomes a reliable process.
What you bring
- You enjoy responsibility, even when a task does not yet have a perfect name.
- You approach people, can prioritise and see things through without constant follow-up.
- You think in problems that need solving, not in the edges of a job description.
- A particular degree or a linear CV is not a criterion for us.
Turn a customer problem into a product that works reliably in everyday life.
You build products that make real work easier for tradespeople, cleaning businesses and solo operators. You understand the problem first, choose a meaningful small path and carry it through to a robust solution that people enjoy using.
What you will work on
- Deliver product features from first sketch through reliable operation.
- Work closely enough with product and customers to understand context, not just tickets.
- Keep the technical core deliberately simple and be meticulous where trust, data and money are involved.
What you bring
- You enjoy writing code that gets used, and a real solved problem matters more to you than an elegant architecture slide.
- You can explain technical choices plainly and say openly when something is not clear yet.
- You do not need a perfect brief. You help turn a problem into a good brief and a working product.
- Training, degree, career change or own projects: what matters is what you want to build and move forward.
Find the first repeatable paths to the right customers.
You bring our products to cleaning businesses, tradespeople and solo operators – not with empty growth slides, but through a real understanding of whom we help, how we reach them and what makes them willing to try.
What you will work on
- Understand audiences and their language through conversations, research and real tests.
- Develop, measure and improve content, campaigns and sales experiments with the product team.
- Build a repeatable route from attention through trust to the first product interaction.
What you bring
- You are genuinely interested in people and can express their problems clearly.
- You enjoy numbers and experiments as much as good writing, strong ideas and direct conversations.
- You do not wait for the perfect channel; you test, measure and learn quickly.
- Your degree or previous title is secondary. What matters is that you want to make things happen.
Keep everyday work moving, so the team can focus on the problems that matter.
You make sure good plans do not become open loops. Appointments, communication, small organisational tasks and an eye for what comes next: you give the team structure without creating bureaucracy. Part-time or full-time – we will find a scope that fits your life and the role.

- Sort appointments, information and to-dos so that the next decision becomes easy.
- Support communication and organisation in day-to-day work with a good eye for detail.
- Notice what is missing and make sure it gets done pragmatically.
What you bring
- You work in an organised, reliable and friendly way, even when several things happen at once.
- You communicate clearly and know when to decide yourself and when to ask.
- You want to be part of a small team where your contribution visibly changes things.
- We do not expect a particular qualification or years of assistant experience. What matters is that you want to pitch in.
